Welcome to Quickypay LLC (“Quickypay,” “we,” “our,” “us”). Quickypay operates www.quickypay.us (the “Website”) and a mobile application (the “Mobile App”), collectively the “Application,” through which we provide electronic remittance services and digital gift card sales. By accessing or using our Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

Quickypay offers:- Money Transfers (Remittances): Electronic transmission of funds to a designated recipient.- Digital Gift Cards: Purchase and delivery of U.S. business gift cards via email.
All services are subject to applicable U.S. federal, state, and international regulations.

3. Compliance and Identity Verification (AML/BSA/KYC)

– Quickypay adheres to the USA PATRIOT Act, BSA, OFAC regulations, and Florida MSB laws.

– We perform mandatory identity verification (KYC) including ID, proof of address, and real-time
screening against OFAC and PEP lists.

– Suspicious transactions may be reported to regulatory authorities.

– By using our services, you consent to our compliance practices.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

– Provide accurate and truthful information.

– Use the services only for lawful purposes.

– Not use the service for money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities.

– Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Fraud Warning

Sending money is like sending cash. Only send money to people you know. Quickypay is not liable
for any loss resulting from fraud or scams.

notify your local law enforcement.

6. Payment Processing

– Payments for services are processed securely through authorized payment providers.

7. Fees, Exchange Rates, and Taxes

– Service charges, exchange rates, and total transaction costs will be disclosed before payment.

– Quickypay is not responsible for additional taxes or fees imposed by destination countries.

8. Delivery and Settlement

– Remittances are processed electronically to designated recipients.

– Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the beneficiary’s email.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Remittances: Cancellations may be requested if funds have not been delivered to the beneficiary.

– Gift Cards: Sales are final and non-refundable once issued.

– Refund requests must be submitted promptly by contacting Customer Support.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quickypay is not liable for:

– Delays, interruptions, or errors outside of our control.

– Acts of third-party service providers or payment processors.

– Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade
County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each party waives the right to trial by jury or participation in a class action.

12. Electronic Records and Communications

You consent to receive disclosures, notices, and records electronically. You have the right to
withdraw consent, which may terminate your access to our services.

13. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Our practices regarding data collection and sharing are governed by our
Privacy Policy, which complies with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

14. Amendments

Quickypay may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Application after
changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of
laws principles.
